| ACCIDENT CLAIMS & PERSONAL INJURY |
If you've been involved in a road traffic accident, accident at work or a victim of a crime of violence, or have experienced a trip or slip anywhere and you have suffered personal injury as a result then, John Langton, a member of The Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and qualified Legal Executive will be pleased to advise you in bringing a claim for compensation.
John will obtain from you the facts, apply the Law and offer an initial opinion as to the prospects of success. This initial 30 minute interview is FREE OF CHARGE and we operate a 'No Win, No Fee' Scheme for clients wishing to pursue a claim having received initial advice.
Also, John will investigate claims, negotiate settlements and where necessary, issue and conduct proceedings in relation to personal injury matters.
We ensure that our claims are processed efficiently and that all clients are kept up-to-date with the progress of their claim.
At Beetenson & Gibbon we aim to achieve a fair settlement for our clients to properly compensate them for their injuries.

What are the standards required of a Personal Injury Panel member?
The overall standard of panel membership is set at that of a competent personal injury
practitioner. A competent practitioner is defined as: “a practitioner who can identify and advise on a wide range of personal injury and
related issues and who does not perform work that is outside of his/her current
knowledge, skills and expertise. A competent practitioner will seek appropriate
advice and assistance as may be required to enable them to provide a full and
effective legal service to their client.” |
