Our Criminal Defence Team are available to deal with Police Station work free of charge (24/7 telephone number: 079 57 21 03 99) by attending all those in Police custody, whether the allegation ranges from murder to burglary, or breach of Anti Social Behaviour Orders to road traffic matters, we are confident that we can properly advance your rights and protect your legal position.

If you are Charged or Summoned to appear in the Magistrates or Youth Courts David and Rob are supported by Tom Horn, an Accredited Police Station Representative, in providing the best possible representation. We will advise you as to funding and deal with bail applications, pleas in mitigation and trials speedily, efficiently and professionally.

If the matter is serious enough to be dealt with in the Crown Court, we will instruct Counsel on your behalf and attend all conferences with you and Counsel and attend at the Crown Court to assist you and Counsel at each stage of the case.

In this way we offer a complete service from initial interview, through to the conclusion of your case.

We also prosecute cases for the Department of Works and Pensions in North and North East Lincolnshire, and have also prosecuted Environmental Agency cases.
