DEBT RECOVERY - Can't Pay or Won't Pay
Whether you are a large or small business, Beetenson & Gibbon's Debt Collection department can recover monies owed to you with speed and efficiency.

Our first approach is to write to the debtor as often a solicitors letter has the desired effect. Secondly, we telephone the debtor and try and negotiate payment terms that will be acceptable to you. If the above approaches do not succeed then Court action will be taken in the County or High Court depending on the size of the debt. Once Judgment has been obtained, we adopt a wide range of enforcement actions to recover your monies and our costs.

Such methods include oral examination of the debtor in Court to ascertain the whereabouts of assets, bailiffs to seize the debtors goods, garnishee proceedings to seize money from the debtor's bank accounts, Attachment of Earnings Order against salary, personal bankruptcy and winding up proceedings against Companies.
