| Career History: Started with Beetenson & Gibbon in 1980 as secretary to head of the Debt Department. Promoted to assistant to the head of the department dealing with a heavy case load and accompanying Court work. Eventually took over the role of head of the department in 1994 which by then also included dealing with housing & consumer matters. Jean regularly attends hearings before the local District Judge. In 2004 she became the firm's Legal Aid Supervisor in debt, housing & consumer law. |
| Personal: Married with 2 daughters. Enjoys playing and watching all sports. Captain of the Beetenson & Gibbon netball team which plays in the Grimsby and District Senior Netball League. Enjoys her acquired role of office 'social secretary' organising events from go karting to abseiling down the Grimsby Dock Tower. Enjoys fresh air, ironing (!) and burying her head in a good book. |
