PROBATE & THE ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
Beetenson & Gibbon has been in existence for over 60 years and in that time we have gained a wealth of experience in looking after the assets of the family.

The loss of a loved one can be a difficult time and dealing with their Estate is a personal and sensitive matter. Charles Ekberg and his team offer a sympathetic and helpful approach in this area.

It involves obtaining valuations of all the assets of the Estate, agreeing the Tax liability, applying for the Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration in the event that there is no Will) and then with the benefits of that Grant gathering in the assets of the Estate and administering them according to Law as the case may be.

In some cases a Trust may arise under the provisions of a Will or intestacy and that trust could last for many years. It will normally require the advice and assistance of Charles and his team and in many cases a skilled Financial Advisor, who we have access to.

Our job is to ensure that as best as possible, everything is dealt with properly and thoroughly and so that everyone can move on, confident in the knowledge that we have dealt with all issues surrounding the Estate.
