The Partners fully support individual members of staff in a continuing programme of training, which enables them to enhance their legal careers with the firm. An example of how we Invest in People is the case of a legal secretary, who with our encouragement qualified, firstly as Legal Executive, and then as a Solicitor. She has gone on to become a Partner of the firm. It is not surprising therefore that we are proud of our accreditation with Investors in People.

Our qualified staff meet their professional development requirements and regularly attend Courses with external provider sand also 'in house'.

We are pleased to say that within our staff we have individuals who give up their spare time to help the local community on
a voluntary basis. An example of this is that William JM King, one of our Partners is the present Chairman of Age Concern for
North East Lincolnshire.

We also sponsor a local netball team which has just won promotion to its rightful spot in Division 1!
