Private Client Solicitor
BG Solicitors LLP are looking for an experienced and pro-active Trusts and Estates solicitor to join their expanding practice and established Private Client team.
In this role, you will be responsible for interest and complex Private Client work, including giving advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning, as well as a more standard High Street case load involving Probate applications, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications.
