Landlords and tenants please note that the following notice periods apply to possession notices from 1st June 2021 to 30th September 2021
Section 8 Notice – (i) where there are arrears equating to at least 4 months – 4 weeks’ notice;
(ii) where there are arrears of less than 4 months – 4 months’ notice. From the 1st August 2021 this period reduces to 2 months.
Section 21 Notice – 4 calendar months.
